Taste of Toronto provides ‘foodies’ with a unique opportunity to sample stunning signature dishes from the city’s latest, greatest and most exciting local restaurants in a beautiful outdoor surrounding. Without the tireless work of volunteers, we wouldn’t be able to run our festival. Please read through the below job descriptions to better gauge which area of the festival you’d like to volunteer your time, and fill out the form below to apply! Feature Volunteers:
Features Volunteers at Taste of Toronto are required to support the volunteer leads and features managers as needed. The main features at Taste of Toronto – Metro Master Class, Taste Theatre, Chefs Table and Tasting Room are running upwards of 20 times throughout four days, and feature chefs, recipes and lots of food. Features volunteers will be required to support the Head Chefs, sous chefs and entire features team.

Culinary Volunteers:
Back of house Culinary Volunteers in the Metro Master Class are required to support the Head Chef in the Metro Master Class feature at Taste of Toronto. The Metro Master Class is one of the main interactive features at Taste of Toronto and features Toronto’s top chefs leading cooking classes for 36 participants and 30 spectators. There are a total of 21 x 30 minute cooking classes and each class features a different chef and recipe.

General Event Volunteers:
General volunteers at Taste of Toronto are required to support the volunteer leads at any required feature or location. General volunteers at Taste of Toronto are essential to the event and its success. With a total of 25,000 attendees over four days, you may be required to help with event entry, way finding and assisting with general duties.
